 Join Us at Green Drinks!

Can we take a sustainable idea and move it to reality?  The answer is YES!  This month's Green Drinks program will feature the innovators behind the award winning Huckster's Mobile Market---a moving fresh food market collecting recovered produce from businesses around the city and bringing them to food-insecure areas.

Back in January, Domi Station was selected as one of only a few business incubators in the country to participate in WIRED Magazine and Jack Daniels’ joint sustainability competition, Pitch Distilled.

With only two months to solve a sustainability issue in Tallahassee, the Domi community came together to form a team that rose to the challenge and put together a pitch for Huckster’s Mobile Market.

Our presenters, Brittany Gress and Bakari McClendon will share how a need became a solution and how our community voted to support this effort resulting in the Huckster Mobile being chosen from among all the national competitors!

Green Drinks gatherings combine
an opportunity for conversation,
meeting others interested in sustainability,
and hearing an interesting speaker
on a sustainability topic.

Come at 5:30 to greet old friends and meet others who share an interest in sustainability. The program begins at 6:00.
