Big Bend Sierra Club & Apalachee Audubon Special Program

Big Bend Serra Club and Apalachee Audubon are co-hosting this special evening program about horseshoe crabs and the Citizen Science Program—Florida Horseshoe Crab Watch. This program is free and the public are invited. 

Tiffany Black, biologist with FWC and Florida Horseshoe Crab Survey Coordinator, will present on the biology and life history of horseshoe crabs and the Citizen Science Volunteer Program.

Rosalyn Kilcollins, coordinator of the Bald Point State Park sites, will share about efforts to protect these animals and how those interested can volunteer.
