May's Green Drinks - by Sustainable Tallahassee - is now on June 4

  • June 04, 2018
  • 5:30 PM
  • GrassLands Brewery, 603 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee

 Join Us at Green Drinks!

* * This is a re-scheduling of our May Green Drinks
that was originally to be held on May 28 but was postponed due to the weather * *

This month’s Green Drinks topic is Climate Change and what Citizens Climate Lobby proposes at the national level to reduce the changes that are coming.

Our speakers will be Cara Fleischer, Sam Adams, and Patrick Love who will present on the three major components of Citizens Climate Lobby and the positive momentum that CCL is building in Congress.

For your information, Sustainable Tallahassee has endorsed Citizens Climate Lobby’s  Carbon Fee and Dividend proposal to Congress.  You'll learn what that is and how we can support the CCL efforts.

Note - Cara Fleischer is a Sustainable Tallahassee member, a climate and social justice advocate, and one of the Tallahassee Democrat’s 2018 “Women You Need to Know”.

Please attend!

Green Drinks gatherings combine
an opportunity for conversation,
meeting others interested in sustainability,
and hearing an interesting speaker
on a sustainability topic.

Where is GrassLands Brewery?

It’s on Gaines Street, in the block just west of Railroad Avenue, across from the Marriott Residence Inn building.  Due to area construction, parking is limited, but is currently available across the street in the grass/dirt lot.
