“Green Means GO!” — play fast-paced transportation quiz games with Pat Maurer & Tom Clark. Hint: getting to this Green Drinks in a ‘green’ way gets you bonus points toward prizes!

Pat Maurer has been an advocate for sustainability for over 2 decades, connecting work and student commuters with their best transportation options.

As Program Manager for Commuter Services of North Florida (http://www.commuterservices.org/), Pat offers individuals confidential rideshare matching, safe bicycle commuting classes, and an Emergency Ride Home Program for green commuters—all free of charge. Employers, local governments, and community groups in their 8-county service area also receive professional consulting services, at no cost, through a grant from the Florida Department of Transportation.

She’s currently Vice-chair of Sustainable Tallahassee’s Transportation Committee.

Pat’s personal favorite modes of transportation are walking--and her motorcycle.

Green Drinks gatherings combine
an opportunity for conversation,
meeting others interested in sustainability,
and hearing an interesting speaker
on a sustainability topic.

Where is GrassLands Brewery?

It’s on Gaines Street, in the block just west of Railroad Avenue, across from the Marriott Residence Inn building. Due to area construction, parking is currently limited so we suggest arriving early. Check out the parking garage at the FSU Turnbull Center as parking may be free after 5 pm, and it's just a short walk to Grasslands.
