Join Us!

Sustainable Tallahassee’s Alternative Transportation Committee and StarMetro are teaming up to bring you a fun, FREE bus adventure.  It’s a way of acquainting you with our local bus system.

Meet up with our team members at one of three bus stops on Saturday Oct 25:

  1. Dogwood (D) bus stop at Village Square Blvd, by construction zone at Fresh Market:
Meet Saturday morning at 9:55 am to catch the bus at 10:05 am.

  2. Dogwood (D) bus stop at Thomasville Rd at Duval Plaza:
Meet Saturday morning at 10:05 am to catch the bus at 10:15 am.

  3. Evergreen (E) bus stop at Governor's Square Mall entrance between Penney’s and Macy’s:
Meet Saturday morning at 10:10 am to catch the bus at 10:20 am

StarMetro is providing free bus passes for this event.

Each bus will travel to Steele Plaza in downtown.  StarMetro personnel will meet us there and will provide information on how the bus system works.  Following this we'll have a downtown walking tour of locations significant to the Civil Rights movement, ending at the Saturday Downtown Market.  If you're short of time you can just head straight to the Market.

Your free return ride can be at your personal choice of time.

Bring your friends and join us on this "Fun Ride".
