Leon County Sustainable Communities Summit 2012

Leon County Sustainable Communities Summit 2012 offers a chance for members of our community to gather and discover ways to make our region stronger and more sustainable. Participants will walk away with ideas for saving money and resources as well as for growing our local economy.

 

Four tracks are being offered:

Food and Gardening

Sustainability DIY,

The Power of Community, and

Living a Sustainable Life.

 

Individuals, civic and faith leaders, business leaders, neighborhood organizers, entrepreneurs, local agriculturalists, and government officials will find opportunities to learn and network at this full day event.  Lunch is provided.

 

Early bird registration is $30 through October 7. Regular registration is $45; student rate is $20.
